"If you're lookin for something, you need to talk to White." Folo said as he stepped up to the bar, placing an empty mug on the counter. He had only caught the last bit of the conversation, that the two strangers were looking for something. "White can find anything, anywhere. It might take a while, but she can do it." "Yeah, but stay on her good side," Grood said as he stepped up beside Folo getting a refill as well, "She's a tough woman."
Jandri stepped into the tavern. She was extremely hungery. She had left White at the ruins, fearing she would be too weak to protect her should something happen. She asked the bartender for a bag of food, whatever he had. He nodded and started gathering up various items.

Dogin looked over at Joe who gave a "Why not?" shrug. "Very well then... So where can I find this Ms. White, good sir?" Joe rolled his neck around "Albeit under odd circumstances I can wait to get to wandering the open roads again eh Dogin?" Dogin shrugged "I suppose..." "Whats got you down? Ah I bet I know!" Dogin rolled his eyes "Dont go there Joe." "Ah that proves it then! Your curious about Calana!" Joe bumped his friend but deep down Joe knew that Calana had taken some serious injury's in the war. "Don't worry Dogin I'm sure shes fine..." Then Joe chuckled "If your alive theres nothing in this world that would keep you two from reuniting, trust me on that its destiny." Dogin rolled his eyes at his friend but deep down he wanted to believe it.

Folo picked up his fresh pint of ale, "She lives with a couple, Tornen and Zoola Cornron. They live just up the road. That'd be the place to look for her." He nodded, lifting the mug to them, "Hope you find what you're lookin for." He turned and went back to his booth. Grood nodded as well, taking his ale and going back to rejoin his companions at their table.

"Tornen and his wife eh? I just ran into them not a day ago." Dogin turned to Joe in a bit of surprise "Really? Then that should make it easy. Lead the way!" Joe hunched over and got up to leave Dogin followed Joe down the road to the house of Tornen and his wife Zoola. Joe took his left hand and knocked a few times on the door frame.

Zoola jumped up, "I'll get it, don't move." She opened the door, "Joe, good to see you! What brings you back this way?" Tornen waved from his chair, "Hey, Joe."

"Evening Zoola, hello Tornen... O this is my old friend..." Joe turned to Dogin who was still wearing in his travelers cloak and desert wrappings. Dogin Hood to the Skrieve people was dead and any one that knew his name would think so for the time being. "Sedrick, Sedrick Morningfur at your service madam." Joe turned back to Zoola "I have and awkward thing to ask being so sudden. Me and my friend here are looking for something thats been lost for a long time now and I heard that there was someone living here that could help. A Ms. White? Would you two know anything about that? Please we could use the help in learning where to go."

Zoola's eyes lit up as she clasped her hands together. "That's perfect! Absolutely perfect! I guess there is a way for you to repay us, Joe. You can find White for us!" Tornen nodded, "She left several days ago. The morning of the day you came through, Joe. She's been seen in the village once during that time, but she hasn't come back since. We're both worried about her, but my wife here thinks my leg is too bad to walk on so she won't let me go find her." Zoola nodded as she turned back to the visitors, "She had some chimes made, four different notes, to help her find her way back. If you follow those chimes, you should get pretty close to where she is. If you could find her and bring back news of her, or her in person, we would be oh so grateful!"

Joe and Dogin listened to Zoola explain the situation and Joe began nodding his head. "Don't worry about a thing we'll find Ms. White for you Zoola." Joe raised his left hand thumb extended to Dogin "My friend here probably has some of the best ears around." Dogin rolled his eyes under his hood "Don't worry ma'am I will help this lunk find your friend." Joe bid Zoola and Tornen goodbye, as they walked Dogin laughed to himself "So... The person that finds stuff has misplaced herself eh? Now we have to find the person that can find the item we seek. What kind of irony is this?" Joe shrugged his shoulders "I couldn't tell you my friend, but then again just look at us... The Hardfist lost his hand and his new hand is the GodHand, and the one person that knows how to save the world is dead to it... I couldn't tell you the irony that surrounds us my good friend, but what I can tell you is that right now that doesn't matter." Dogin held up his hand "I didn't ask for a speech Joe it was a rhetorical question, now quite for a minute." Dogin swiftly and effortlessly scurried up the side of a house and closed his eyes to focus on the sounds of the world around him. Soon the town came into view followed by the tree line, but then Dogin heard something deep within the forest a constant tone. Dogin opened his eyes and turned back to Joe "I think I found the first chime!" Joe nodded his head "Lets get to it then!" Both the strangers left for the woods to find Ms. White.

White was suprised to hear the sound of a lute. It slowly grew closer, the flowing notes quite peaceful. White turned to face the music to find Jandri slowly stroking towards her. "What are you doing out here, Ms. White?". "Oh, just exploring. What about you?". Jandri thought for a moment, resting her arm on the lute. "I was just going for a walk and followed the sound of some chimes." White nodded, "Isn't this place just extraordinary?" Jandri smiled, "Aye, it is."
It was a large city with a circular outer wall. Most of it was overgrown with ivy, making it blend in a little with it's surroundings. From the final of the four chimes, it would be quite easy to find the city.
Jandri slowly strummed out notes on her lute as White listened as the notes bounced off the stone walls. A cool breeze flowed through the courtyard. At first, White payed it little attention, until she heard them. Whispers. They spoke without speaking. "Travelers... they come... they seek you..." White slowly stood, a chill running down her back down to the tip of her tail, "I think there's someone coming." Jandri stopped playing and looked up. "I think we should conceal ourselves." she continued. Jandri gave her an odd look. "Not a bad idea." White pulled her hood up over her head and quickly found a small corridor that led off the courtyard and hid in the shadows of the door arch. Jandri climbed up ontop of a partially collapsed statue and settled in in a groove at the top so that she was invisible from the ground.

Dogin and Joe followed the chimes until they came upon an opening in a cliff wall it was hard to see due to the foliage and undergrowth, but Dogin was able to hear the echos of a vast open space beyond the trees. "I think where here Joe." Joe looked around "Where is here Dogin?" Dogin stepped through the brush and into the large opening and Joe followed giving a low whistle as he did so. "What is this place?" Dogin looked around "Couldnt tell you for sure, but I might have a slight idea..." Dogin looked around at the old buildings but couldn't find any markings or emblems on them. Dogin was probably the only one in this world right now that knew the truth behind the Skrieve people and those of the Creash. Joe looked around at the deserted place "This place is almost as eire as that town... You know the one that was located on the edge of the swamp far to the south?" Dogin looked back at his friend "I would have to agree, but right now were here to find Ms. White." Joe rubbed his head with his left hand "Aye but where is she? We did follow the chimes right?" Dogin nodded but Joe kept going "Then where is Ms. White... Cant you find her?" Dogin nodded again "Somehow she knew we where coming and hid herself. She set up chimes to find her way back what kind of a person does that? I don't think Ms. White is a normal person Joe, so I decided that we should at least give her a chance to come to us..." Joe shrugged his massive shoulders "But..." Dogin sighed "Fine hold on." Dogin sniffed the air, as he started paying attention to the smells around him instead of the sounds he noticed something... Something almost familiar. Dogin quickly started looking all around searching for what he thought he could smell "It couldn't be..." "Whats wrong Dogin?" But Dogin didn't reply to his friend instead he was searching for the scent, but the smell was everywhere and was almost impossible to determine where the source was now. Joe stepped up to his friend and put his hand on his shoulder "I don't know whats going on but I think your right. Lets give Ms. White the chance to come to us... I don't think she will leave without her chimes at least, but I did hope to find her soon to at least ease Tornens and Zoolas worries." Dogin stopped searching thinking that mabye he had gotten the wrong idea, but the tension throughout his body did not ease. "Maybe your right Joe..." So the two friends sat and waited.

White didn't breath as she heard the strangers enter the courtyard. When they mentioned Zoola and Tornen, she relaxed a little. She held her staff firmly in her right hand and grasped the hilt of her sword with her left. She did as she had found she could do over the past few days. With a little concentration, she vaporized into a white mist.
"Two travelers, wandering in the forest. What would bring them this far from the road I wonder?" her disembodied voice seemed to come from all around Dogin and Joe. Jandri went ridged, wondering what she was doing.

Joe began to look around as a mist set upon the deserted city. Dogin smiled and looked back to Joe "Just like old times eh?" Joe laughed "Aye we be just that two humble travelers seeking a new direction. Our lives are filled with wonders and strife, but as for why we are here now..." Dogin looked around "Honestly we were sent to find a Ms. White seems some of the villagers are a bit worried because shes stayed out to long or something. But thats not the only reason we've come out here today... You see for we have urgent business with Ms. White we need to find a important artifact." Joe gazed around through the mist "Aye its of grave importance for us to obtain this artifact, in fact the world could very well depend on it." Dogin quickly glared at Joe who realized that they where the only ones that knew the world was in true danger still.

The mist swirled about them for a moment before condensing, slowly swirling inward, tighter and tighter, right in front of them. White slowly formed in the mist. She stood before them, head slightly bowed, covered by the hood. "You search for Ms. White, and you have found her."
She wore a brilliant white hooded robe with silver trim, bordered with silver vines. She loosely held a staff made of white wood with the same vine pattern carved into it's surface. Under the robe she wore a tunic and ankle length pants, both where earthen colors. Her hands were loosely wrapped in bandages. The hood hid most of her face, including the bandage over her eyes. Her fur appeared brown with heavy silver accents.
Jandri swung her legs out over the edge of the statue and let them dangle. She rested the lute in her lap, nervously checking the handles of her warpicks.

As she appeared before them neither Dogin nor Joe flinched in surprise. "She smells like Calana, but not exactly like her..." Dogin thought to himself which was a puzzle to him. "Good ta meet ya Ms. White. Tornen and Zoola are worried about you, but Tornens foot is hurt and Zoola must care for him so they sent us to find you." Dogin looked White up and down... Dispite the cloak Dogin could tell she even had Calanas figure, before he relized it a slight breeze was twisting the clumps off grass in Ms. Whites direction. Dogin quickly ceased the wind. "Ms. White I have been lead to understand you can find lost objects. Though it may seem a little abrupt we are searching for an artifact that has been long since lost to the world and we need to know at least a direction to direct our search. All of Gorgraz depends on this whether you believe me or not..."

White tilted her head to one side. "I feel your words are true... I believe you. There does seem to be something looming over the land. Please," she said as she pulled the hood down and stood straight, "tell me about this artifact."
Jandri slid down the statue, silently, and started aproaching the three. She could tell skrieve knew something of Calana, but how much was a mystery. She would have to watch him carefully.

Although Ms. White smelled of Calana and had her figure her fur color was off... Dogin tilted his head a bit when he realized that this Ms. White was blind indeed she was something special. Dogin glanced over at the other female in the clearing although normal Skrieves wouldn't be able to tell Dogin knew that the other women was definitely a Creash. "But what does that mean?" Dogin thought to himself "If she is here with Ms. White... What does it mean?" Though Dogin wracked his brain he couldn't find any answers that seemed to fit this made him suspicious. To many things where similar or just slightly off it felt as if he where looking right at Calana but as if it where but a reflection upon a waters surface, and that if he reached for it the image would distort and ripple. Dogin looked at the Creashin women then back to White still pondering over what her presence could mean... but since she was a Creash that meant she would understand more of what he would be saying than a normal person which would be good seeing as how what he knew wasn't for the ears of normal people... Not yet anyway.
Joe was a bit shocked that White was blind... It reminded him of something from a long while ago. Though he was blinded by grief the day Dogin died he remembered that Calana also had a rather large bandage over her eyes, but her fur color hadn't changed... Or did it? Joe could remember exactly what Calana looked like that day, as he only saw her for a small while and only through a river of tears.
"Ah. I do believe I have been rude thus far with you Ms. White... My name is Dogin. Dogin of the Hood and my lumbering pal here is..." Joe cut in "I be Joe of the GodHand, good to meet you ma'am."
Dogin brought down his hood revealing his desert wrappings even more. "Indeed there is still a great darkness upon the land, for Balthazan still dwells upon it! Though its hard to believe it is the truth, but please keep this information to yourselves. The people of Gorgraz have suffered greatly and believe they have triumphed... I know eventually they may come to know the darkness that still dwells among them, but for now let them dream, let them hope, let them believe all is well even for a short while more." Dogin looked between Ms. White and the Creash. "I know this because I have spoken to the spirits themselves. Indeed upon my death in the war I spoke to the spirit wolf one of the five grand spirits of our time and he told me of the darkness, but he also told me how to stop it and gave me life anew to do so." Dogin unwrapped the linen around his face to show his fur color. "But my life in this world is tentative at best... Although it may seem selfish first I must secure my existence in this world before I can save it. It is for that reason that my friend and I are searching for a legendary item long since thought lost to mortals. We search for the fire heart a mystical artifact that is said to breath the very fire of existence into its bearer, thus expanding the owners life so long as it is under his ownership."
Dogin gave Ms. White another look over... It felt as if something was pushing the thought that it was Calana away from his mind, but he didn't know what it could be. There where similarity's in there appearance but there where still a few great differences. There was something missing about her attitude that made Dogin want to say that it wasn't her, but still there was something about her attitude and personality that did seem similar. Dogin felt as if there was something dwelling right in front of him something he needed to grasp but could not, something he needed to see but couldn't find, something... Something made him want to believe it was Calana but every time he tried he meet with the same force pushing him away making him believe that it wasn't her. This upset Dogin greatly as his instincts tore at his mind as if her where split in two by an unseen force... He found that he didn't know what to believe or that maybe he couldn't believe either one...

White furrowed her brow when the traveler introduced himself as Dogin of the Hood, but she felt as thou he were telling the truth, even when he went on to say he had spoken with the Spirit Wolf. "I've heard the name Dogin Hood before, but why does the name Joe seem familiar..." she thought. The puzzle that was her past shifted, but no more pieces fell into place. She heard Jandri waking leisurly toward them, the grass crunching ever so quietly under her pads. She turned her head toward the approaching bard, an ear twitching, as she fought with her own mind, wishing to remember and wondering if it were better that she didn't. "Oh gods, please send me something, anything to lead me to my forgotten past." she prayed in her head.
She turned back to the travelers. "A pleasure to make your acquaintance, Dogin and Joe. This is Jandri, she's a friend of mine from the village." Jandri gave a polite bow as she stepped up to the group. Her eyes drilled into Dogin, to his very core, watching for anything, any movement, thought... anything that might be a move toward trying to tell White who she really was. The rest of Jandri's face appeared happy and at ease.
White shifted her staff and put a little weight on it. "The Fire Heart... I can't say I've heard of it, but I've found things I haven't heard of before. It's been lost for a long time you say... that could make it difficult. Hmm..." She began to sway back and forth, just enough to be noticeable. "I... I see something... but I can't make it out... It is a bright place..." Her face tensed up as she tried to bring what she saw into focus, to better understand it. She rubbed her temples. After a moment of silence she sighed, letting her hand fall to her side, "The vision is blurred by my weariness... but don't worry, I won't give up. I just have to rest." The sun was starting to get low in the sky and the first chilly breeze of evening flowed trough the courtyard. Jandri looked to the sky, "Perhaps we should head back to the village. Your friends are worried about you and it would probably be best not to let them worry another night." White lifted her head, sniffing the air. A scent she caught tugged at the edges of her mind, much like a puppy pulls on a quilt, but White pulled back, like the cold child pulling the quilt tightly around herself for warmth. She feared hoping it was a memory because the disappointment would be terrible.
"Aye we should. Zoola and Tornen are waiting for me." she said. "They have been so kind to me and I have repaid them with worry. How selfish can one be?" she thought to herself. "We should get moving because I can't move as quickly as the three of you." she said as she turned toward the gateway.
After White and Jandri had collected their things, the four of them headed out into the forest. The lengthening shadows made it look quite different to Jandri, Joe, and Dogin, but to White, it was exactly the same. She focused lightly on the sounds, just enough to roughly see the path ahead, but she mostly felt her way along with her staff, following the sound of the first chime. It didn't take them long to reach it and White quickly took it down and slid it into the bag.
As they walked, White began to notice something, something about the travelers. She had trusted them almost as soon as the first words left their lips. Almost as though she knew them, but she didn't... she found it odd. She was quick to trust people, but with these two, it was different. It was a deeper trust. Before she could continue in her thoughts, she stumbled forward, barely catching herself. She regained her balance and, in her embarrassment, started off too quickly and nearly walked into a branch. She would have if her staff hadn't hit it first. She stopped and took a deep breath and started feeling around with her staff, but she couldn't find a way through the thicket she found herself in. She sighed again, this time her shoulders sagged a little. She turned to the others, "Could... could I... get some help?" she asked, disheartedly, as she held out her left hand toward the trio.

The Creashin women irritated Dogin he knew little the reason why, but it was something in her eyes. As if she where warning him away or something of the sort.
Dogin and Joe gave no argument about heading back to the village for rest, they still had a long journey ahead of them for which they needed to prepare for.
Dogins heart skipped a beat as White held out her hand... A glimmer shone threw the darkness from her hand and Dogin knew instantly what it was. The shard he had formed into Calanas ring... The ring was one of a kind for no such shard existed elswhere... Ms. White was in fact Calana Coldfury Swiftpaw!
A swift wind blew through the forest at that instant shaking the forest around them and shifting the shadows along the ground. It was both bitterly cold and surprisingly warm at the same time. Dogin shut cut the flow of his power and began to think, as he did so the wind died down and stopped completely.
Dogin held himself back from the urge to tell her everything. Dogin began to think "If this was Calana she would have said so... She may be Calana..." Dogin eyed Jandri then his suspicions grew "But for now she is Ms. White. What happened?" Dogin balled his hands into fists swearing to never forgive the person that did this to her. "I will bring her memory's back!" He decreed to himself.
Joe gave Dogin a nudge in Whites direction the first reason was so that he could help her out, the second was because Dogin had sat completely still for about four seconds... Dogin never did that save for when danger was close by. Joe grew worried, for what boad ill for Dogin Hood probably boad ill for all...
Dogin snapped out of the twisting maelstrom of feedback that was his burning mind at Joes nudge... Which was more or less a shove. "Why certanly... Ms.. Ms White..." Dogin loosened up his tensed muscles to give a sense that he was relaxed. He then held out his hand to lead her around the thicket blocking the way. "So Ms. White... You know where your at by the sounds of the chimes and are able to navigate the dense jungle... Thats an interesting skill even for someone lacking there vision. Did someone teach it to you?"

As Dogin stood, motionless, Jandri’s hand had moved to the knife in her belt, ready to act if the need arose. She could see it in his eyes now, he did know who White really was, and that made him a danger to her. Jandri would have to watch him closely, at least until she could explain to him what was going on. Her muscles relaxed when he called her “Ms. White,” but her hand did not leave the knife.
When Dogin took her hand, White’s mind was suddenly filled with the image of a stormy sea. The image faded after a moment.
“I wish I had an answer for you, Dogin, but I’m afraid that I don’t… You see, I don’t remember anything before a couple of weeks ago. I woke up here in these woods, where Zoola found me and took me in. She also gave me the name White.” White couldn’t believe herself, she had only just met the person and she was practically giving him her life story, at least what she remembered of it. Yet she could help but trust him, something deep inside compelled her. It was the kind of trust one only has after knowing someone for a long time. But still, she had only just met him.

Joe eyed Dogin still worried about what had just happened, though it was subtle Joe knew that in those few seconds Dogin had been terribly trouble by something.
Dogin gave a slim smile in the darkness using his night vision to find his way through the woods, while using his hearing to find the few scattered chimes Calana... Ms. White had left to find her way back. "Thats quite the mysterious story Ms. White if I may say so... And I know a lot of story's." Dogin glanced back to Joe who took the idea "Aye Dogin and myself have traveled the world over doing, seeing, and hearing all sorts of things along our journeys. Why you could even say that we are somewhat legends ourselves!" The two friends gave a laugh though if only to cover there worries.
The crisp night air was calm and cool as he blew easternly across the mountain. The moon cascaded a dim light across the woods sending shadows scattering in all directions. It seemed as if it where the perfect night, even the stars shone bright despite the moons constant gaze. Though the circumstances where different this night reminded him of a night that seemed so long ago now... Had the nights in Dargath been like this? Those days so long ago after meeting Calana for the first time... Dogin couldn't remember...
Joe walked along silently thinking over his own troubles. He gazed at his right hand and how it gleamed in the smooth light of the moon. Dogin had come back from the dead as if nothing had happend... The GodHand blessed him not only with its great powers, but with a new hand. Joe felt as if he should be happy for the current events, but Joe knew Dogin had returned to save the world. Which only meant more pain would come from the trials ahead. Would things ever go back to the way they had been so long ago? Joe desperately wanted to believe so, but deep down he knew that could never be so. Joe clenched his new hand into a fist then released it making an oath then and there, that no matter the trial, no matter the trouble, no matter the pain that he would rise above it to find his limits and to protect his friends.

"I imagine you do know some quite amazing stories." White replied. She was of course thinking of the story she had heard that had been confirmed the man himself, the story of how Dogin died and came back, but she didn't think she could take such a story, for it would have to be filled with pain.
She felt something at the fringes of her mind, memories possibly? She couldn't tell. There was something about the two travelers that made her feel strange, almost out of place. Like someone else was supposed to be in her place. The nearing sound of the final chime drew her out of her thoughts.
White reached out and found the chime and pulled it down and slid it into the bag. She turned to the other's, a smile on her face, "Comon, we're almost there!" She started off at a brisk pace, followed by the others. They came out of the woods a few houses down from Zoola and Tornen's. White quickly walked the distance, with her slight limp, and knocked on the front door. Zoola answered and was immediatley overjoyed at the face that greeted her. "White! You're ok! Come in, come in! Tornen, White's back!" White smiled shyly as she stepped through the door, followed by Joe. "Joe, how wonderful to see you again. As Dogin started through the door, he was grabbed by the arm and pulled around the corner of the house. Jandri held him by the collar of his cloak and pushed him against the wall, putting a finger to her lips. "I know that you know who she is. Do nothing to let her know you do! If you try I will stop you." she said in a hushed tone, the look in her eyes showed that she meant to hold to the statement.

Dogin hung in her grasp for a moment then released himself from her grasp "If only you could..." Thats all he said as he walked away. At some point in time a confrontation such as that would have had Dogin throwing punches, or at least sputtering harsh words. But though Dogin was himself he knew that he had changed with time. "The important thing is she is safe." Dogin silently told himself, but questions still burned in the pits of his mind such as "What had happened to her, why she could not remember..." And all manner of questions from the mundane to the extreme. For now Dogin would remain silent about the fact that White was Calana, or at least silent from White anyway. But in no way did this mean that Dogin had given up or let go of that fact... If there where an opportunity he would grasp it in hopes to return Calana to him, but for now... silence and patience was best, this unfortunately he knew...
Joe turned to call Dogin in but gave a moments pause... "Hey... Sedrick come on in here and stop sulking!" Joe turned to his hosts "Sorry Sedrick is a bit worried... You see he and I must be getting along our way soon." Joe turned back to Dogin "I keep telliin him that we have to wait anyway so theres no point in sulkin!" Dogin stepped through the threshold of the house his wrappings back in place. "Aye your right Joe its selfish of me to spoil the mood with my worries..." Though Dogin was acting, both Joe and Dogin knew that there worries where far from being just that... There worries involed all of Gorgraz...

Jandri started to reply, but it was too late, Dogin had already rounded the corner. Her hand went to the knife, gripping it so hard, her knuckles were white. "Fool! Think for once of something other then yourself! If she is lost then we all are lost!" she spat at the spot where Dogin had gone around the corner. When Jandri stepped through the door, Zoola was just disappearing into the kitchen to finish supper. White excused herself and went to her room to rest before dinner, telling Joe and "Sedrick" she would try again to find the artifact after they had eaten.
Tornen, Dogin, Joe, Jandri, and occasionally Zoola, chatted until diner. When it was ready and everyone was making their way to the table, Zoola woke White and led her to the table. Zoola and Tornen did most of the talking during diner, telling stories of their younger lives, doing their best to entertain their guests. The whole lot of them had their fill of food and drink. Zoola, with a little forced help from Tornen, cleared the dishes away, then the pair of them retired saying, "It was wonderful meeting all of you, feel free to stay here tonight, but we must rest. We have a long day tomorrow."
White, who hadn't gotten up from the table since she sat down to eat, sighed. "I will try again, to see this artifact." She reached behind her head and untied the bandage, placing it on the table. Her eyes were a a color somewhere between blue and grey, they almost had a marble look about them. Though her eyes didn't focus on anything, they did look toward objects in the room. Her eye's finally stopped on Dogin, they locked on him, but did not focus. A look of stark consentration spread across her face. "I see it now, much more clearly. I see... a rolling, sun-baked sea... where there is not a drop of moisture, it's waves are frozen in place, worn away by wind. Beyond this hellish place I see mountains... and there is something... something more..." She closed her eyes, rubbing her temples. White sighed, "I can't make it out... that's all I see... I'm sorry."

Dogin and Joe sat for a while thinking about what White had said "A rolling sun baked sea without a drop of moisture..." Joe looked to Dogin "You thinking what I'm thinking?" Dogin slowly nodded his head "Of the clues we have been given... I think its very likely that we are right." Dogin gave a sigh "You still have that map Joe?" Joe sifted through his massive traveling bag "Aye here it is." Joe rolled the map out on the floor. It was a map of Gorgraz as everyone knew it, but all over the map where trails, circles, and all manners of shapes and symbols. "This is the map of all our journeys together thus far..." It was indeed impressive to whoever saw it for the entire map it seemed was filled with some kind of marking. Dogin got up and fingered a spot on the map "This... This is where we are now." Then Dogin dragged his finger all the way to the very eastern boarders and south. "And this is the shifting sands of the east. A land filled with wind, sun, and sand lots and lots of sand. It wouldn't surprise me that this was the point in Ca... in the vision." Though Dogins mistake was slight he felt it wasn't important as of now. "No matter how you look at it we've got a long way to go..."

White heard the slip up, as did Jandri, but her mind was elsewhere. She had slept little in her tiny room. Instead, she had another vision, one she did not bring about. It was much like the dreams she had been having, only this time she had been wide awake. She saw herself through eyes that could see. She, Dogin, Joe, and Jandri were all traveling together, down forest roads few had ever used. The trees were dark green and full of life, the air was cool and crisp. The vision was accompanied by an extreme since of urgency. White saw many hardships on that road, and a great deal of pain. Then the scene changed. White and Jandri were nowhere to be seen, only Dogin and Joe walked the road. Dogin's head hung low. As they walked, they faded away. Then so did the trees, leaving a barren landscape, scorched and empty, and the air had become dry and hot. At her feet, written in the sand were words, but before she could read them, the wind blew them away. She had sat up straight in a cold sweat when Zoola had knocked on her door. The vision had been on her mind through supper. She had gone through it over and over and she felt she had found what it ment.
"Aye, we do have a long way to go." White said, meaning she was going as well. Jandri sat up her gaze finally leaving Dogin, who she had been glaring at since his slip up, to fall on White. "You can't be serious! Do you really think it's wise to follow these two? They're going to the Shifting Sands!" White looked at Jandri, her confusion apparent from the way her brow was furrowed. Jandri froze for a second then sat back in her chair, looking away. Her frustration over Dogin's slip up caused her to slip up herself. White turned back to Dogin and Joe and continued, "I'm going with you... I have to..."
