The two guards on duty saw the strange creature approach. In unison the two guards move to the center of the gate and crossed there lances to create a barrier to prevent the creature from entering. Still in unison they said, "Who are you and what is your business here!?"

Both guards turned to each other and gave a quick nod. Then one of the guards let forth a sharp whistle and then in unison again turned there heads back toward the creature. After a few seconds a young Lykin popped his head out from the gatehouse door and turned it to the guards. "What is it you want now.” he said giving them both a malevolent glare. Both guards returned his glare two fold, then they both then motioned with there heads towards the creature. "Ahh I see now....” trailing off into thought he stared at the creature. The guards didn't even have to look to know what he was doing; they knew full well that he was sizing up a coffin for the creature. He had done it when he first met the guards and to everyone else he met. The young Lykin coming out of his thought stepped out of the gate house. Showing that everything he wore was black from his vest to his boots. Only thing that was not black were his weapons and tabard which bared the symbol of the wyverns. He carried two short swords around his waist and glaive on his back which rested gently on his black silk cloak. All three of these weapons were carefully designed to be efficient at killing and showed no flaw in there design. He came forward to the guards and the creature and nodded. The guards then dropped the defensive cross which they had formed and moved back to there posts. "Follow me; the king is in important meeting and you will not be allowed to enter the castle until it is over, so you will have to wait in the garden till then", said the young Lykin has he turned his back to the creature and start walking off, motioning to the creature to follow.

The spellwarrior removed a scroll from the pocket in his cloak and handed it to the young Lykin.
"To the Leaders and People of Thalkin,
We, the Mercenarys' Guild offer you our services. If ever there is a need to be filled, we will fill it. A job to be done, we will do it. We also give an open offer to any who wish to join the Guild themselves. If you would please grant the bearer of this scroll a location to open a branch of the Guild in your city we would be much obliged. If you wish to be left alone, send the bearer away and tell him what you wish.
Jonok Guild Master"

(( Now it is fixed.))
A devilish smile apeared on the Lykin's muzzle has he read the note. He and spellwarrior soon reached a medium sized platform, with a pedestal in the middle. The pedestal itself had a clear white stone in the the middle of it. The Lykin rolled up the scroll and handed it back to the spellwarrior. After this he gently placed his paw on the stone, the stone itself seem to come to life with a bright light. A strong wind soon engulfed the platform. The wind grew stronger with each passing second till the platform lauched itself from the ground. The Lykin stood there looking at the spellwarrior wondering what could possibly be going though it's head, but he only did this for a second, he soon turned his attention to the small spec in the sky which grew steadly large with each passing second. It soon revealed itself to be a floating island to be precise a floating city. A minute past before the platform docked with the city and the Lykin then moved off the platform and said to the spellwarrior, "The garden is over there" he pointed to a medium clearing with few trees, a pond in the middle, and statues of fallen heros along the pathway wich lead all the way around the garden. There were seven cubs playing a game of a tag while the parents sat on the benches talking or reading scrolls. "You will have to wait three hours till the messager of the king will come get you, if you get hungry or thirsty you can head over to the tavern and get something to eat or drink." Pointing across the street. "Give them this it will allow you to get some free food and drinks." He handed the spellwarrior a piece of parchment which had a Lykin symbol which glowed gold. "My job is done so I must leave remeber if you leave the garden you must be back before time is up." The young Lykin left the spellwarrior to do as he pleased.
***Elsewhere***
The young Lykin was on his way back to his post inside the gatehouse. But instead of getting on the platform back down he turned left and entered in a back alley. He entered a small house which was aligned with every weapon imaginable. And all the tables were littered with poisons galore except one which had a small box on in which was covered in Lykin runes. The box became to bounce has he approached it. He picked it up and said, "Soon my friend. Soon I will let you out." He stuffed the box in a small satchel, then he went over to his walls and picked all the light weapons off. He put all the small weapons in bags while the ones that could not fit he slung over his back or straped to some piece of his body. He got all the poisons on the tables and went over to his bed and reached under and pulled out some armour from underneath and put them in a bag and carried all the bags out. He let forth a sharp whistle and a wyvern soon jumped down off the house infront of him. He put all the bags except for the satchel which he kept on his back, on the wyvern. He climbed ontop of the wyvern he let forth a few sharp clicks of tongue, the wyvern ran over to the edge of the city and jumped off. The wyvern and the Lykin were in a free falling to the ground. The Lykins face showed no fear of what the wyvern had done. The wyvern then spread out it's wings, the wyverns body then jerked upward and it's entire body was forced to face in a western direction. It then contiuned on in it's glide. The Lykin said to himself, "My own personal test. Find this guild."
((Just so everyone knows the floating city is the real capital of Thalkin but this is not know to anyone execept for the Lykins and now the one spellwarrior. Also the city is not in space it is just very far from the ground. The city is floating because long ago the Lykin discovered other ways to harness the magic force of the stones from which they draw there magic. The Lykin found a way to draw enough magic from the wind stone to allow the temple in which the stone was kept to float. Later one of the Kings of Thalkin decided to move the capital to the sky to protect it from invaders, they then built the capital around the wind stone and lift the city in to the air.))
